Spring has been quite bountiful here at BeeWench Farm and I’m thankful for all of you that joined us for this first CSA season. Summer CSA start is just around the corner (around July 9/10) and I’m so excited to feature all of the deliciousness of summer’s fresh produce.
We have 6 different types of tomatoes, 3 types of peppers, eggplant, onions, summer and winter squash as well as beets, lettuce, chard and kale. We’ll continue to provide farm fresh cheese occasionally in the weekly share as well!
Don’t forget, we are now offering pasture raised chicken and farm fresh eggs at each pick-up day too!
