Another week, another fresh chance to mix it up in the kitchen! If you’re a Summer CSA member, this week you received a basket full of hot peppers, tomatoes, squash, sage and so much more.

The Recipe – Pico de Gallo (Salsa Fresca)
Ingredients (may be scaled for desired quantity)
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 2 sprigs cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
Combine all items. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve.
