Pizza Bianca with BWF Ground Pork

  • 2 ea par baked pizza crust
  • 1/2 lb BWF Ground Pork with Mild Italian Spice Packet
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup carmelized onion
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 tbs garlic pesto
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (pizza blend)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Place pizza crusts on a parchment lined baking sheet

  3. Cook ground pork with spice packet over medium heat until no longer pink and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook for for 3 minutes or until wilted, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

  5. Spread 1/2 of the pesto on each crust and season with a small amount of salt and pepper

  6. Add half of the sauteed spinach , garlic cloves, ground pork and caramelized onions to each pizza.

  7. Top each pizza with 1/2 of the cheese blend.

  8. Place baking sheet with pizzas into oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing pizza.
