Pizza Bianca with BWF Ground Pork
- 2 ea par baked pizza crust
- 1/2 lb BWF Ground Pork with Mild Italian Spice Packet
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup carmelized onion
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 tbs garlic pesto
- 1 cup shredded cheese (pizza blend)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Preheat oven to 425
Place pizza crusts on a parchment lined baking sheet
Cook ground pork with spice packet over medium heat until no longer pink and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook for for 3 minutes or until wilted, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Spread 1/2 of the pesto on each crust and season with a small amount of salt and pepper
Add half of the sauteed spinach , garlic cloves, ground pork and caramelized onions to each pizza.
Top each pizza with 1/2 of the cheese blend.
Place baking sheet with pizzas into oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing pizza.
