These will have you change the way you make mashed potatoes forever! Not only are they extra tasty, but adding in carrots, onions, cooking in broth, and extra seasonings bring boring mashed potatoes to life!

Ingredients
2Onions
6-8medium Carrots
2lbsof Potatoes
2Bay Leaves
1pintof broth or stock
1/2cupMilk
1stick of Butter
Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Prep:
Peel the outer skin of the onions, chop them in half and then in half rings. Peel the carrots and potatoes and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
Add onions, carrots, stock or broth, bay leaves and floury potatoes to a cooking pot. Add other seasonings to taste like garlic, onion powder, or anything else that you like.
Cooking:
Cover with water, or more broth, and bring to a boil. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, you can drain them. Add them back into the cooking pot.
Pour in milk and butter. Mash everything and season with Dijon mustard, chopped celery leaves, salt & pepper.
