BBQ Chicken Legs
Tender and juicy bbq legs
- 4 ea BWF Chicken Leg Quarters
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
Mix Rub ingredients together. Store extra in an airtight container for future use.
Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Lightly sprinkle chicken with bbq rub and set aside.
Lower grill heat to medium-low and place chicken on grill. Cook 25 minutes turning every 5 minutes. Carefully watch grill to ensure chicken doesn't burn. Pull chicken from grill when internal temperature is 160-165 degrees.
Cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
