Welcome to week 7! I’m amazed at how quickly the weather seems to be turning…it certainly feels like fall outside, and its the middle of August! Look for more ‘storage’ crops like winter squash in your bags in the next weeks!

2-3 tomatoes, sliced
5-10 basil leaves, diced
1/2 oz chevre
balsamic vinegar to taste
olive oil to taste
sea salt to taste
lay sliced tomatoes in a deep plate. sprinkle with basil and crumbled chevre. lightly douse with balsamic vinegar and oil. sprinkle with salt to taste.
