The Recipe – Tomato/Basil Appetizer
2-3 tomatoes, sliced
5-10 basil leaves, diced
1/2 oz chevre
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Olive oil to taste
Sea salt to taste
Lay sliced tomatoes in a deep plate. Sprinkle with basil and crumbled chevre. Lightly douse with balsamic vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
